What Happens If You Don’t Enroll

If you do not enroll for benefits within 31 days of your eligibility date, you will be automatically enrolled in the default coverages below. You will be responsible for paying all benefit premiums from the date that coverage became effective. These deductions will begin on the first paycheck following the benefit enrollment date, or as soon as administratively feasible. Arrears may be applied.

†All other benefit options will be considered waived.
*All eligible employees will be defaulted into the 3% contribution rate and will increase 1% each year, if no election is made, until 10% is reached.
