Enrolling For Benefits

You are eligible to enroll in or make changes to McLeod’s benefit programs if you:

Are a new hire or newly eligible for benefits. You have 31 days from your eligibility date to enroll in or waive coverage to avoid being automatically enrolled in default coverage and paying for coverage you do not need.
Are currently enrolled in McLeod benefit programs. You can make changes to your benefit elections each fall during the Annual Enrollment period that are effective as of the first day of the next year.
Have a qualifying work/life event during the year. You can make appropriate changes to your benefits if you notify Businessolver within 31 days of the event. Click here for more information.

How To Enroll For Benefits

You can enroll for McLeod benefits in one of the following ways:

Computer

Go to Smart@Work On-line located in the center panel of the Compass, or the Businessolver website at McLeodSmartAtWork.com from any computer. (Company Key: SmartatWork).

Mobile app

Use the Businessolver MyChoice mobile app. To download apps, you need to log into McLeodSmartAtWork.com for Access Code.
