In 2023, most McLeod Health employees saw significantly lower benefit premiums on the medical plan and the majority of the voluntary benefits. The Core Plan base premiums were reduced by 25% and the High Deductible Plan base premiums were reduced to match the new Core Plan premiums. Those changes will remain in place for 2025. NO PREMIUM INCREASES FOR 2025!!
*Please note that 2024 Flexible Spending Account balances will be eligible for up to $660 in rollover for use in plan year 2025.
Please review your enrollments carefully as many benefits will be changing design and cost for 2025. There will also be several new benefits introduced for 2025.
